Here, U&I deputes its professionals at the client premises based on the requirement, for the designated assignment.The project management in such cases lies primarily with the client. The professionals are deputed to the client's site after satisfying the requirements of the project. Such a model would enable in explicitly understanding the needs of the client and also build stronger business relationship.

Off-shore Development:
Here, U&I undertakes technology tasks at the Bangalore, India development center. The various project responsibilities like project management and skill deployment would lie with U & I System Design Ltd. which will be based on the nature of the project. U&I will establish a dedicated communication channel to its client's premises in order to facilitate the client to remotely monitor the status of the on going projects in India.

This offshore development model also facilitates services like joint product development under which a team of professionals are made available to produce products for the Global Market.

Joint Product Development:
U&I has vast experience and expertise in Product Development. The product development team interact closely with the client teams in conceptualising and developing world class products. On a long term co-operation with the clients, we develop products with less lead-time. This enables the clients to bring out their products in time to the global market with less upfront investment.

IP Development:
